We deliver to all locations in Australia.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.95 for all orders.
- Express Shipping: Fixed rate of $19.95 to all destinations in Australia.
- Same-Day Delivery – We use a flat rate of $24.95 for Sydney customers only.
To make shopping our massive range even more rewarding, if your order totals over $100, we'll give you a $9.95 flat rate shipping discount to help offset shipping costs!
Same-Day Delivery conditions:
- Available for Sydney customers only (eligible metro postcodes).
- Orders must be placed before 12:30 pm for same-day dispatch — business days only.
- Delivery window: 6 pm – 9 pm.
- ATL (Authority to Leave) is the only option for deliveries.
- Business addresses are accepted when open during the delivery window. Include the business name to avoid delays.
For orders less than $30.00, we charge a $3.95 handling fee.
(Our suppliers charge us this handling fee on all orders. Whilst we can absorb this cost on most orders,
we are unable to do so for smaller orders with less margin.)
Exceptions: Some products, due to their size and weight, may attract a higher shipping fee. In these cases, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss additional shipping charges.
Shipping Times
We use couriers for all destinations in Australia, except for PO Boxes, which we send via Australia Post. Once your consignment has been shipped, we will send you tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Note: Deliveries to PO Boxes are generally slower.
