Our parcel arrived on time and was exactly what we envisaged. My only negative comment is that we paid quite a bit for the postage for a $6.00 item (the postage was around $20 for express. No wonder it was so expensive- the tiny item arrived in a huge box that was at least 45cmx50cmx30cm. No wonder express party supplies need to charge so much. What a waste of a huge box for a tiny item (it was folded in a bag, flat) that was not a fragile item. Happy with express party supplies but really need to look at the postal company. It was rediculous.
