Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your order or product purchased from us, please refer to the applicable scenario below.
Refunds/credits may be provided for the following:
- Faulty product
- Incorrectly described
- Delivery issue
- No stock
Faulty Product:
Items which arrive damaged, missing parts or contain a defect which prevents the product from being used as intended are considered faulty. In some instances, there may be a requirement to supply a picture of the faulty item before a refund can be approved.
Incorrectly Described
If an item is significantly different to the information provided on our product page, it could be eligible for a refund or credit. Minimal differences which do not impair the design or use of the product may not be eligible and subject to special consideration.
Delivery Issue
Orders affected by significant delays in transit may qualify for a refund or credit. While we do our best to ship orders and have them delivered as quickly as possible, it is the customer’s responsibility to allow an appropriate amount of time between the time of placing the order and the party date when minor transit delays occur.
No Stock
All product stock levels on our website are updated on an hourly basis. Products that are out of stock are clearly display as such and can be purchased as normal if you are willing to wait for them to get back in stock. However, in some rare cases, products we display as in stock may be sold out by our suppliers between our hourly stock updates. In the unlikely event that you purchase one of these products, your item can be refunded or you can choose to exchange for other in-stock items of similar value.
Unwanted Products
Due to the highly competitive pricing we have on offer, the warehouse is unable to facilitate returns for unwanted products. Unfortunately, items which have been ordered in excess or are no longer needed cannot be returned.
