At Express Party Supplies we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that if you have made an incorrect purchase, you are be able to send it back to us (in its original condition of course) and we will either refund your money or allow you to put the credit towards a future purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service on 1300 560 285 to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without a Express Party Supplies RA number, which is valid for fourteen days. When posting the products back to us, the RA number is to be clearly marked on the returned goods packaging (above the address), or goods will be returned upon arrival.
Incorrectly ordered goods:
As a rule we do not give credits for incorrectly ordered goods where the goods are over 30 days old from the invoice date.
All incorrectly ordered goods returns must be unopened and in "as new" condition otherwise credit will not be allowed.
Items must be packaged in their original product packaging. We are unable to credit any returns without the original undamaged product packaging. Please use a different box for shipping so the original box / packaging is not marked with courier stickers, tape, tags or packing labels.
Incorrectly ordered goods returned to Express Party Supplies may incur restocking fee.
It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges and insurance to Express Party Supplies and to ensure you have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped with ‘receiver to pay’ will be rejected by us, leaving the courier responsible.
All claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order.
In some cases it may not be economical for you to post your damaged party supplies to us. So please do not send anything back to us without contacting us first for an RA number. In cases where your goods have been damaged in transit, and it is economically viable to send it back to us, we will refund your shipping charges.
In all cases, we may ask you to take a photograph of the damaged goods so that we can assess the claim.
