To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team on 1300 560 285 to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Returned goods cannot be accepted without a Express Party Supplies RA number, which is valid for fourteen days. When posting the products back to us, the RA number is to be clearly marked on the returned goods packaging (above the address), or goods will be returned upon arrival.
In the very unlikely event that your goods are damaged or defective, you should let is know within 7 days of your order delivery. Please call us as soon as you can so that we can arrange an RA number for you.
In some cases it may not be economical for you to post your damaged party supplies to us. So please do not send anything back to us without contacting us first for an RA number. In cases where your goods have been damaged in transit, and it is economically viable to send it back to us, we will refund your shipping charges.
In all cases, we may ask you to take a photograph of the damaged goods so that we can assess the claim.
Incorrectly ordered goods:
Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds or exchanges due to a change of mind. Any unautherised returns will not be refunded.
