Shipping & Delivery Information
Shipping Costs
We deliver from multiple warehouses to all locations in Australia.
For Anagram brand products, you will be provided with the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping - $9.95
- Express Shipping - $19.95
- Same-Day Delivery - $24.95
Same-Day Delivery conditions:
- Available for Sydney customers only (eligible metro postcodes).
- Orders must be placed before 12:30 pm for same-day dispatch - business days only
- Delivery window: 6 pm – 9 pm.
- ATL (Authority to Leave) is the only option for deliveries.
- Business addresses accepted when open during the window. Include the business name to avoid delays.
For Rubies brand products, all orders are shipped with the following option:
- Express Courier - $14.95
If an order contains products from multiple brands, both shipping fees are applicable to the order. Any order that exceeds $100 in total will receive a $9.95 discount to help save on shipping costs.
For orders less than $30.00 we charge a $3.95 handling fee. (Our suppliers charge us this handling fee on ALL orders. Whilst we can absorb this cost on most orders, we are unable to do it for the smaller orders with less margin in them.)
Exceptions: Some products, due to their size and weight may attract a higher shipping fee and we reserve the right in these cases to contact you to discuss the payment of additional shipping charges.
Shipping Times
We use Couriers for all destinations in Australia other than PO Boxes which we send via Australia Post. Once your consignment has been shipped we will send you tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery. Deliveries to PO Boxes are generally slower. Your order will normally be dispatched on the same day if:
- Payment for your order has been received
- All products are in stock
- Order received before 10am Sydney time (Anagram products only)
- Order received before 11am Melbourne time (Rubies products only)
During checkout we will ask you for your Event Date and will always do our utmost to ensure you consignment arrives in time.
Note: shipping times leading up to major annual events, for example Christmas and Halloween, may be delayed even further as couriers struggle to keep up with demand.
Out of Stock Items
Whilst 95% of the products we advertise are held in stock, products that are currently out of stock are clearly marked as such. If you have placed an order for a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to notify you of the out-of-stock item. We will give you an estimated delivery date as well as the option of waiting for your items or receiving a full refund. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Not at Home to receive your Consignment?
Deliveries are always tracked and may require a signature on delivery. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours, or a PO Box address. While most deliveries do not require a signature, we have an option in the checkout that asks if you would like the courier to leave your parcel, this can help to prevent deliveries from failing in the event that no one is available to accept the consignment – you take responsibility for the consignment once it has been left.
