The only thing I am disappointed in was the fact 1 of the balloons ordered was out of stock & I wasn’t advised until after I received my order & advised 1 was missing & it took 2 days for them to come back to advise me but refunded immediately.

My only negative was that each item arrived in its own big box so six large boxes the hats could have been stacked with a sheet of tissue between and been in one box even the hair extension was in a large box

The oval metallic glasses were a bit scratched, maybe wrapped them up as they were loose in the box and this could have been the problem with them moving around in the box. Otherwise all good. Thankyou
