We Deliver Australia Wide

Express Courier – Fast express courier shipping is used for all orders.
Flat Rate – We use a flat rate of $14.95 for all orders.
Orders over $100 receive a $9.95 shipping discount to help offset shipping costs!

Handling Fee: For orders under $30.00, a $3.95 handling fee applies. This is due to supplier-imposed fees on all orders. While we absorb this cost on most orders, we are unable to do so for smaller ones with lower margins.

Exceptions: Some products may attract higher shipping fees due to size or weight. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss any additional charges.

Shipping Times

We use fast couriers for all Australian destinations. Tracking details will be provided once your consignment has shipped. Please refer to our Shipping Calculator for estimated delivery times to your postcode.

Note: We are currently unable to deliver Rubies-supplied products to PO Boxes.
